The Trio was formed in 2022 and has being playing regularly around Spain. Featuring Simon on Baritone Saxophone, Sergio Albentosa on Organ and Tico Porcar on drums. Although the 3 members have played with each other for many years, in various groups , it wasn’t until last year that they decided to form this trio. The sound of the group is heavily based in the 1960s era where the Hammond Trio sound really came to the forefront of Jazz. Influences include Jimmy Smith, Jimmy McGriff, Billy Preston, George Benson, Johnny Griffin, Leo Parker and many more.

Most recently the trio has invited some fantastic musicians to feature with the group ( check them out on youtube ) and has just recorded the self titled album T.A.P Organ Trio. Now Available on Bandcamp.
